Golf is Just the Beginning
At First Tee – Oregon, we believe every young person deserves the
opportunity to grow through the game of golf. Our programs combine expert golf
instruction with a life skills curriculum that helps kids build confidence, character, and
resilience—on and off the course.

The Children’s Course
Home of First Tee – Oregon
The Children’s Course proudly serves as the home of First Tee – Oregon. Many of our youth classes, camps, leagues, and special events take place right here at our scenic nine-hole, par-3 course in Gladstone. Our campus features a Youth Learning Center — home to a classroom, event space, golf shop, and offices — along with an outdoor learning facility that includes a driving range, five-hole mini course, and short-game practice area, plus a welcoming golf course for golfers of all ages and skill levels.
What is First Tee?
Golf, plus the skills that last a lifetime
First Tee – Oregon is a nonprofit youth development organization that uses the game of golf to teach life skills like perseverance, integrity, and leadership. Trained coaches create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where participants of every skill level can learn the game while growing as people. Financial aid and equipment are available to make sure cost is never a barrier to joining.
